By scheduling and/or paying for a service offered through “Flame Readings by Lyn”, you agree with and accept the following:

1.  You are 18 years of age or older, or you have obtained permission from your legal parent/guardian.
2. 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.
3. Any information, communication and or consultations with “Lyn” and or her “Flamereadingsbylyn” website are for educational, spiritual and entertainment purposes only.
4. No psychic/flame reading given by “Lyn” is to ever take the place of professional services, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, business and/or psychological.
5. “Flame readings by Lyn” website and “Lyn” accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her consultation with Lyn.
6. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless “Flame Readings by Lyn” and “Lyn”, their heirs, relatives, agents or assigns in perpetuity.
7. Copyright and confidentiality laws apply.    You agree you will not publish, display, distribute and/or archive any material, photo, content, etc. without express written permission from “Lyn”, “Flame Readings by Lyn”, owner and publisher.
8. Privacy Policy.
9.  Payment Policies are as follows:   – Readings are scheduled and may be paid for in advance or directly thereafter.      – Reading Parties may be booked with a deposit of $40.00.   There will be 100% refund if the cancellation is in writing and within a 48 hour notice.  – Any reading party cancelled due to a non-emergency and less than a 48 hour notice is subject to the loss of the $40.00 reading party deposit.
